1.My goals have not changed, yet.
But, I am still confused about which site is good for me.
I think I have to take TOEFL tests from next year, but I don't really know what or how to study English right now.
My ability of vocab and grammer are still very bad, so I will keep to study hard.
2.I say yes. I studied many diffrent types of English learning source. And, I could know many unknown words and things. So, I learned English and also many interesting happenings in the world.

Because, I studied hard once a week, but I haven't done reviewing...I should do review and make me not forget new vocabularies.

-Are you studying at least one hour a week? OK.
-Are you studying to meet your goals (skills, topics, focus)?
OK, GOOD GOALS. YOU HAD A GOOD REFLECTION OF YOUR GOALS AND PRACTICE. FOR TOEFL I WOULD DO NETACADEMY READING (LEVEL4 OR 5) AND FERRIS LAB LISTENING (NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC AND NEWS).
-Are you studying hard? (staying awake, try to choose fun activities)
GOOD!
-Are you studying smartly? (choosing a good level, listening/reading intensively, reviewing)
REVIEW MORE FROM PREVIOUS WEEKS, AS YOU SAID
-Vocab: at least five words a week and good, useful words (not too technical or easy)
OK!!
